Ok so I always thought electric can openers were silly BUT I have gone through about 4 openers in the last year that didn't work well or broke so I thought give an electric one a try. I love it! It takes the lid right off no problem and there is no mess with the lid falling into the can. PERFECT PRODUCT. I LOVE AMAZON!

I have had this for less than six weeks and do not use it often. I have noticed that the magnet sometimes drops the severed lid into the can and the blade snags on the label and tears it. A really good can opener would not do either of these. So far I have had no problem with it actually opening the cans.

Have had this exact model (purchased from a local store), for about a year now. All of the sudden it will not open any can that I try with it. I expected at least a few years from it. I will not buy this brand again.
