I would rather use an old GI opener from WWII than use this thing any more. Getting the can situated to where it will run by itself (as it should) is harder than a 10,000 piece jigsaw puzzle. Forget about it cutting all the way around. And if by chance it does, if the can is full of liquid (like soup or olives), the jerking motion at the end is guaranteed to spill a fair amount onto the counter. Probably THE worst opener I've ever owned.
