I have osteoarthritis in my hands and have a very hard time with most can openers. This one is perfect. I locks with little pressure and stays locked until you release it. The cut is very clean and the magnet to hold the cut off lid is super, it holds until you release it too. Great product.

I've not found this can opener to be any more special than less expensive can openers. The lid catch doesn't work as well as I had hoped and the can opener doesn't cut the lid completely off, which makes it even more challenging for the lid catch to work properly. I would not buy this product again.

I needed a new can opener and really like have one where the lid would not fall in. It does take a bit getting use to because of the release button to open it up. It's also nice that it locks shut so it not another item that makes a tangled mess with all my other kitchen gadgets. My left handed daughter can use this without too much effort.
