I have had this can opener for at least 3 years, and it never fails me. I use it at least 4 times a week, sometimes more. The most outstanding feature is the fact you can start it with one touch of your finger and walk away to do another task while it completes it's cycle. I also like the way it cuts around the outside edge instead of inside so there are no sharp edges on the cover when it's done.
I have a very sore right thumb and cannot use a manual can opener without pain and every electric or other battery operated can opener I've ever tried ( probably more than a dozen) only lasted for awhile.
I cannot say enough about it. It's the best!

HAD A ONE TOUCH CAN OPENER, THAT GAVE OUT. REPLACED IT WITH THIS NEW ONE AND IT IS TERRIBLE!!!I HAVE TO PUT IT ON TOP A CAN AT LEAST 3 TIMES BEFORE IT CUTS THE ENTIRE ROUND. TAKES TOO LONG. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! FOOLED ONCE, MY FAULT, WILL NOT BE A FOOL AGAIN!

No longer do I have to stand and hold a can opener while something is cooking on the stove. This works like a charm and opens the can just by pushing the button. I LOVE THIS!!
