I like the design, it's easy to use. It cuts like a dream come true compared to the last one I had. The only bad thing I can say about it is that sometimes it slips and comes off the can. But I think it's worth the money so far, we'll see how it holds up since I've only had it for about 2 months.

KitchenAid manufactures some excellent products, but this is not one of them. The sole purpose of a can opener is, um, to open cans. You're lucky if this one will perforate it. The blade jumps over the lip of the can numerous times while attempting to open any can, so you're left with the top of the can still attached in several places, even after trying to go back around to cut the places it missed. Highly disappointing.
