We mounted it under the cabinet. My husband always hated it because he couldn't tear the paper towels off with one hand. I liked it because it was attractive. Now it is broken. One of the screws is now stipped, so the whole thing fell out from under the cabinet. This could have happened because it wasn't installed carefully . . . . Anyway, if you decide to buy this be gentle when you install it.  Love this, Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
